The building pairs refined residential planning with a restrained material palette, carefully composed layouts, and a concierge-attended lobby. Designed for privacy, comfort, and a strong sense of place, The Sebastian offers an intimate residential experience within one of Manhattan’s most desirable downtown neighborhoods.
